Web Developers & Designers Wanted

Shape Web Designs is looking for web developers and designers to work on projects for our company. If you are a web designer who is looking for work, and would like to work on projects to hone your skills and maybe get your own name out there in the world we can help you get there. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible web solutions and we want our designers to feel comfortable working with a company that sees potential. You might be just starting out, or you might be in school and would like to earn a little extra money working on different projects, and these is really the place where you would want to be.

If you would like to join our team, please take some time to contact us, and let us know a little about yourself and what your goals are. We are open to anyone who wants to break into the world of web development in all areas. Upon us making contact with you, you will be asked to provide us with a list of projects that you are working on, or have worked on, and then by your experience we will put you into a project that we think you could handle. We also offer internship, where your work will be credited towards work in the field, and if you are looking for work with different web companies, we will give you the highest level of recommendations that we can give based on your work.

If you start working with us, you will be giving a 10mb place on our server in which you can work on projects for us, and also you can use this as your own website for your own personal use, however there are stipulations that must apply. Your web space will be for your work on projects that we give to you, and then once you have completed that project and it is approved by the customer, we will then transfer the project and then depending on the work you perform you will be paid for that work, according to our cost structure.

Most jobs might consist of doing updates and also checking code of other developers. You maybe asked to fully design a website from ground up, we do not allow the use of templates from any template website, all websites just be original and practical. If you also bring us a customer either in development or any hosting package you will be paid a percentage, depending on the cost of the project, or the hosting package.

The following requirements are needed in order to qualify with our company. (not all required)

• Html basic
• PHP
• Flash
• Graphic Design
• Full understanding of the English language
• Must live within the Untied States
• Must have a contact Phone number in order for you to be reached
• You also must have a valid paypal account in order to get paid
• If you attending college we must have your information about what you are training for, and the name of the instructor for verification.

***PLEASE NOTE*** It is very important that you provide us with valid information, any attempt in providing false information will be grounds for termination, and you will not be paid. You may not be paid before any project is complete, and you will not be paid any deposit. So please do not ask.
